Cody "Beast" Gardner wins Buffalo Open Tourney
Congratulations to Cody on starting off his career at Ohio St. with a 5-0 start. Cody clipped several opponents en route to a championship at last weekends Buffalo Open.
Cody is a 197 lb. mass of muscle and hustle. Great job G-code!!
Gardner's dad reported that Cody was all "2-4-1" this past weekend and was sharp as nails on his feet.

Ohio State picked up six championsips at the 2008 Buffalo Open as the Buckeye's 197 pounder, Cody Gardner (formerly from Christiansburg HS, VA) picked up five wins on his way to the 197 title in Buffalo, NY this weekend. No team scores were kept however. Cody's results are below:
Round 1: Coming from 4th seed, decisions Alex Smith, Jamestown CC, 11 - 4
Round 2: Decisions Carl Corpi, Binghampton, 8-2
Quarters: Decisions #5 seed Jacob Tazzi, Gannon, 7-2
Semis: Decisions #1 seed, Lamar Brown, Rutgers, 3-2
